There’s too much chaos in unorganised entities trying to promote IT solutions. Imagine a one-stop solution to the errors happening in large IT ecosystems getting resolved via a structured service provider. It is hard to find a trustworthy and reliable source for the same. Bakkuendo is doing it for mega-companies like Dell, Lenovo and Amazon. And more so, for the customers at home with a single call.

This needed to be highlighted in the look and experience of the website as well as the brand logo. It was crucial to showcase the professionalism and the accessibility at the same time. We had to create a design that could show the purpose of the brand in the most uncomplicated manner.

For a brand that is going both for B2B and B2C solutions, it is essential to project the brand USP in the design. We kept the communication design corporate yet simple for all the target visitors. The logo and the website are the depiction of brand’s mission i.e., “To bring highest level of satisfaction for every customer across the service life cycle.” When the visitors will go through the website, they can find exactly what they’re looking for, from experience to expertise in the most convenient form.

We used Blue as the main theme colour for the communication design. The ‘B’ logo depicts the brand essence altogether with a conversational face to indicate the 24/7 customer support system Bakkuendo offers.

The communication design is a blueprint of the brand’s solutions. Bakkuendo connected with the customers strategically better in a more customized way with the design created.
