As KANPEKI marked its sixth year, it was a moment of pride and reflection. What began as a humble venture had now grown into a formidable name in personal care, built on the relentless dedication of its people. To honour this journey, KANPEKI sought to recognize the hands that shaped its success—from research and factory teams to salon trainers, sales professionals, and creative partners.


Thus, In Safe Hands was born—a theme that celebrated every individual’s contribution to the brand’s evolution. This was more than an annual event; it was a heartfelt tribute to the people who made KANPEKI what it is today.



Every breakthrough starts with a single touch—by those who carry, create, and nurture. Hands that hold both the weight of responsibility and the tenderness of care. Every product, every innovation, every bottle that reaches KANPEKI’s customers has first passed through many others—each honored through a series of posters celebrating their contributions.



But not all hands have lifted KANPEKI. Some have cast shadows over its growth. Yet, even in contrast, those shadows only serve as proof that KANPEKI continues to rise—undaunted, unstoppable.



The journey began the moment attendees arrived. Each person received a special giveaway—a brochure that detailed the theme and carried a personal message from the founder. Accompanying this was a wearable pin engraved with In Safe Hands, a symbol of their invaluable contribution.


To commemorate the occasion, we designed exclusive memento trophies. Each trophy carried the essence of the In Safe Hands theme, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among team members.



The entrance of the event was thoughtfully designed to feature key experiential elements, allowing attendees to connect with the event’s essence as soon as they arrived.



The pins were designed as a meaningful symbol, engraved with the even's theme to represent connection and contribution, serving as a reminder of each attendee's valuable role in the event.



To bring In Safe Hands to life, KANPEKI embarked on an ambitious initiative: collecting handprints from over 150 team members. These imprints became the foundation of the event’s branding, spatial design, and immersive experience. Every touchpoint was carefully curated to extend the theme, ensuring that each person felt seen, valued, and connected to the larger KANPEKI family.



The event space was transformed into an interactive gallery. The stage and surrounding alleys were adorned with easels displaying individual handprints—each accompanied by the person’s name, role, and tenure at KANPEKI. This visual storytelling honored their journey and made their contributions tangible.



To showcase the meticulous care that goes into every KANPEKI product, we created a striking installation—a collage of hand imprints on the brand’s products. This not only symbolized the craftsmanship behind each creation but also highlighted the collective effort that goes into delivering excellence.



The event also provided an opportunity for us to showcase the creative efforts behind KANPEKI’s products. A fun video captured the spirit of teamwork, featuring the people from our team sharing their experiences in an engaging and candid way. It was a moment of joy, pride, and celebration of the passion that drives the collaboration between VOLUME and KANPEKI forward.


As KANPEKI celebrated six years of excellence, VOLUME marked six years of creative collaboration with the brand. This journey has been one of trust, shared vision, and relentless pursuit of storytelling that goes beyond aesthetics—it builds emotional connections.


From year six to sixty and beyond, we look forward to crafting many more moments of celebration, recognition, and creative triumphs together.
