Challenge
We wanted something that captured the brand’s mission. The intent of the brand amongst the other industry giants was to eliminate stress for healthcare essentials and to place it as part of the consumer’s wellness journey using a brand name that is unique, and communication that stands out!
Solution
After several brainstorming sessions, we landed on the name Kitsa, inspired by the Sanskrit word chikitsa, which means "medical treatment." It was short, memorable, and perfectly aligned with the brand’s promise of quick, efficient service. The name Kitsa immediately conveyed the idea of care, accessibility, and trust, making it an ideal fit for a fast-medicine delivery service.
The K in Kitsa became more than just a letter—it became a symbol of the brand’s core values: speed, care, and innovation. The chosen colors were modern and fresh—blending shades of black, white and green that evoke feelings of calm, health, and trust, with accents that add vibrancy and energy.
Result
A sleek, modern, and approachable brand identity that reflects the fast-paced, customer-first mentality of Kitsa.
