Change happens when a ticket is raised

Smartworks is a co-working space for new businesses and enterprises. They needed a strong internal communication campaign for their maintenance services. Smartworks was concerned to make the process easier for the employees through an app in which they could ‘Raise A Ticket' when any technical issue occurs

We upgraded the mascot and named it ‘Smart Ninja’ who fixes anything with accuracy and speed. We designed posters for the prominent office locations like walls, washrooms, cafeteria, meeting room etc.

In the creatives, we glorified the Smart Ninja to increase engagement and rendered some famous quotes, accordingly.

Ultimately, the idea was to motivate the employees to download the ‘Smartworks’ App and Raise a Ticket in the time of technical issues rather than going through the tedious process of complaining via email and wait for a response.
