Logo and brand identity inspired from the Indian spiritual roots to establish the real estate company as a promising and reliable builder to buy home from



Brand



The word ‘Vaikuntam’ finds its roots in Hindu mythology. It means, ‘the abode of Lord Vishnu’. An upcoming real estate builder in the ever-growing real estate sector in Delhi/NCR, the brand is ambitious of bringing thoughtfully designed buildings for the ultimate comfort of residents.



Challenge



Building the logo and identity of the brand with a root in Hindu mythology was a route that was to be treaded carefully. We had to maintain a subtle brand language while conveying the brand’s core ideology through the design.



Solution



Taking a cue from the name ‘Vaikuntam’ we designed the logo, which was kept simple, easy to understand and had an impressionable value. Through the elements used in the logo, we established the proposition of the brand, which is : At Vaikuntam, people come home to healing, restoration, and find comfort from their everyday hustle.



Result



The new logo and communication design aligned with Vaikuntam’s traditional ideology yet remained relevant with a modern approach. The brand language extended in the brochure and its communication doing justice to brand’s core thought.
